Jeff Nightengale said the crime occurred Monday night at the man's Garden Grove home. According to authorities, this was the first time police have ever been called to the home. Police say a Pennsylvania woman was arrested Monday for violating a police order to cease contact with her ex-boyfriend, reports the Morning Call. On Saturday around 2:30 a.m., 45-year-old Kimberly Bush sent a text to her ex. The text read “jerk,” according to the arrest affidavit obtained by the newspaper. Normally, such a text message would not seem out of the ordinary between exes, but in this case, it left ex-boyfriend David Gosnell, Sr., a little spooked. Police say that Gosnell was worried after receiving the text and that he felt Bush was lurking outside of his home that night, reports the Morning Call.
