New Mexico investigators are seeking to identify the uniformed State Police officer seen in surveillance photos having sex with a woman on the hood of a car.The cop was filmed mid-tryst by a camera that county officials set up to combat vandalism attempts at an adjacent public property.  As seen above two surveillance images were released yesterday by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office showing the officer engaged in the daytime coupling. And, yes, that appears to be a Chihuahua (or another tiny dog) watching the action.

A British Columbia cancer patient is eyeballing new ways to raise money for his medical bills.

Robert Lee lost his left eye last month because of a cancerous tumour. The 47-year-old now hopes to auction ad space on his prosthetic eye on eBay for $5,000. The winning bidder can submit a logo, no more than 12 mm oval, which will be put on the prosthetic eye in place of a pupil, Lee said from his Kamloops, B.C., home Thursday. He hadn't received any bids as of Thursday afternoon. "This is really a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get some advertising," he said. The Chrysler dealership web designer said his eye trouble started with sudden blurriness while reading a book at a conference in 2002. He got glasses. Nine years later, on Aug. 10, Lee had his eye removed. The province paid for the eye-removal surgery, but not the $2,500 plastic eye. Lee said he got the idea for the logo eye from his doctor, who told him another client had a Harley Davidson logo on his prosthetic eye.

What-Chinese condoms too small for South Africa

A South African court has blocked the government from buying 11 million Chinese condoms, saying they are too small.

The finance ministry had awarded a contract to a firm called Siqamba Medical, which planned to buy the Phoenurse condoms from China, the Beeld newspaper reported on Friday. A rival firm, Sekunjalo Investments Corporation, turned to the High Court in Pretoria after losing the bid, arguing that their condoms were 20 per cent larger than the Chinese ones.

Judge Sulet Potterill blocked the deal with Siqamba, ruling that the condoms were too small, made from the wrong material, and were not approved by the World Health Organisation, the paper said.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark — There's nothing illegal about a little foot fetish, but police in Conway, Arkansas, are looking for a toe-sucking man they said has crossed the line into assault. Police have received two complaints in the past week about a man who seems desperate to suck women's toes — whether they want him to or not. "This is on the police department's radar, and they are concerned," said LaTresha Woodruff, police spokeswoman in Conway, about 30 miles from Little Rock. "They are taking information and trying to figure out who is doing it ... we want him off the streets."

Last Saturday, Ruth Harris, an 83-year-old Conway woman, told police that she was sitting in a chair in front of her apartment.

Friends-Dead pal foots the bill for pair's strip club visit

DENVER — in a real-life version of the movie "Weekend at Bernie's," two men drove around with a dead friend's body, then used his ATM card during a visit to a strip club, police said. Robert Jeffrey Young and Mark Rubinson were charged with abusing a corpse, identity theft and criminal impersonation. They were freed on bond, according to the Denver Post.

It's unclear how Jeffrey Jarrett died, but the men were not charged in his death. The cause has not yet been determined, as toxicology tests are still under way, the paper reported.According to the Post, an affidavit said Young found Jarrett dead at his home in southeast Denver, but instead of alerting authorities, went to find Rubinson at the restaurant where he works. The two then allegedly went back to Jarrett's home and loaded the body into Rubinson's Lincoln Navigator. The affidavit accused Young and Rubinson of leaving Jarrett's body in the vehicle while they drank at a bar on his tab Aug. 27.

Peter Trigger, 62, was given a five-year ASBO in December 2008 banning him from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on school days between 8.30am and 10am and between 2.45pm and 4pm.Northampton Magistrates’ Court heard that Trigger, from Thorplands, Northampton, was alleged to have been near a school in the town in June wearing a girl’s school uniform - including a skirt, and a Northampton Academy blazer.Colin McGregor, prosecuting, said Trigger had been charged with breaching the first condition of his ASBO which bans him from wearing a skirt.Mr McGregor said: ‘He was described as wearing a girl’s school uniform with the distinctive bright blue Northampton Academy blazer in the particular area at the relevant time.’
