Yogurt Sample

OCTOBER 12--A 60-year-old Pennsylvania man yesterday was charged with injecting his semen into “multiple food containers” during a 10-month period ending earlier this year, according to court records.
Into Yogurt. Joseph Bartorillo, who has agreed to cop to a federal charge of tampering with consumer products, struck a plea agreement that calls for him to be sentenced to two years in prison.
Bartorillo has admitted that he injected his semen into the yogurt of two female coworkers at a Procter & Gamble plant in Wyoming County. He did this, one investigator told TSG, on 13 occasions.
Felony criminal information filed in U.S. District Court alleges that Bartorillo “did knowingly and intentionally taint multiple food containers by injecting his semen into the containers on multiple occasions,” but the document does not detail his motive for doing this.
Federal investigators have declined to provide further details about Bartorillo’s crime. In announcing Bartorillo’s charge, a prosecutor said that all of the tainted food containers were recovered and presented "no danger to the public."Bartorillo’s Facebook page reports that he has worked at Procter & Gamble, the consumer products giant, but does not specify his job responsibilities.
The Bartorillo case is the second time in a week that a federal defendant has been in court facing charges of adulterating yogurt with his semen. On October 6, Anthony Garcia pleaded guilty to tainting a yogurt sample he gave to a female shopper at a New Mexico supermarket where he worked as a clerk. (thesmokinggun)

Why-Prisoners get divorced and remarried for multiple conjugal visits

Enjoy 48-hour honeymoon visits for newlyweds…

Inmates of Vaslui Penitentiary are entitled to an intimate visit of 48 hours immediately after their wedding ceremony and can invite up to ten guests to an hour-long celebration. The prison has built its own party area for inmates and their guests to enjoy sweets and juice. The 'just married' couple can then see each other once a month for a year; spending two hours each time doing... whatever they like. This is better than the 'one visit every three months' rule for inmates who don't get married and work in cultural and educational activities.
Nicolae Toma, spokesman for the prison in Vaslui, admitted it was hard to curb prisoners' crafty behaviour. (metro.co.uk)

Why-Pensioners of Portsmouth are simply not interested in sex

Portsmouth's OAPs are turned off by sex workshops

They do not want to know realities of sex…

Given the title Generation Sex, the workshop aimed to explore 'the realities of sex in the 21 century', encouraging the practice of safer sex among older people. A spokesman for the event described it as having the potential to be 'frank, fun and factual' - however the event was cancelled due to lack of interest. Portsmouth City Council's annual 60+ festival was to feature the workshop as a means of breaking down the taboo of people over 60 indulging in sex. A spokesperson for the Council explained: 'The background was the risk of sexually-transmitted diseases in older people and the need to practice safer sex.'It was decided to cancel the event because too few people booked places.' Studies have shown that there has been a rise in STIs among over-45s, with a growing number of men and women over 60 becoming infected. (metro.co.uk)

What-NM woman put ad on Craigslist to buy pot

She is smart or dumb….?

ROSWELL, N.M. — A New Mexico woman faces charges after police say she put an ad on Craigslist looking to buy drugs. Roswell police arrested Anamicka Dave, 29, this week after officers posing as sellers arranged to meet her through text messages.Dave's ad on Craigslist's "casual encounters" section said she was new to town and "looking for Mary Jane," KOB-TV reported (http://bit.ly/pe2HY2).Roswell Police Sgt. Ty Sharpe said the ad was so blatant, he had to make sure it wasn't posted by another undercover officer."I was really surprised that someone would actually put on there they were looking for weed — an actually illegal product — to the fact that I called my boss to make sure it wasn't one of our guys trying to do a reverse sting," Sharpe told the station.Police met the Albuquerque woman in a parking lot and then arrested her.It was unclear if Dave had an attorney, and a message left at a phone listing for her wasn't immediately returned Wednesday. Why-Tomato ketchup banned in primary schools in France

Good or bad idea…

The primary school children will be allowed either ketchup or mayonnaise once a week, but only when they're having French fries for lunch. Christophe Hebert, chairman of the National Association of Directors of Collective Restaurants, said: 'Canteens have a public health mission and also an educative mission.
'We have to ensure that children become familiar with French recipes so that they can hand them down to the following generation.'We have to stop children from being able to serve those sauces. Children have a tendency to use them to mask the taste of whatever they are eating,' he added. (metro.co.uk)
