Indecent exposure- After woman now Man strips down in airport security line

An air traveler, bound for San Jose, wound up in handcuffs overnight after taking off all  his clothes in an airport security line. John Brennan, 49, is facing charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after stripping down at Portland International Airport Tuesday night.
Brennan says, he did it in protest of TSA screeners who, he insists, were harassing him.
Brennan says, "I've sent in complaint forms and heard nothing. This was my next action. I know nude, but not lewd, in Oregon is a protected speech, so I’ll choose that option."
Brennan says TSA screeners told him he tested positive for nitrates, just moments before he decided to strip down.  Airport authorities say they arrested Brennan after he refused to put his clothes back on.

Why so costly-Vancouver restaurant offers $100 hot dog

That is one pricey hot dog. Vancouver’s DougieDog has officially landed itself in the Guinness World Records for the world’s most expensive hot dog. The $100, foot-long bratwurst is infused with 100-year-old Louis XIII cognac – which has a $2,000 price tag of its own – and must be ordered 12 hours in advance so fresh ingredients such as Kobe beef and lobster can be prepped. “One family has come in six times for four hot dogs – each time,” owner Dougie Luv said. The title was formerly held by New York City restaurant Serendipity 3, which introduced a $69 hot dog in July 2010. Luv, however, has no plans to part with the title. “We’re going to defend this title forever,” he said. “There’s going to be a lot of people wanting to challenge us.”

Wow nice idea-Adultery enabling dating website offers to sponsor Toronto zoos

TORONTO -- High Park Zoo could become a heavy petting zoo if Ashley Madison has anything to do with it. Noel Biderman, the CEO of the adultery enabling dating website, said Tuesday he will pay the $220,000 needed to save the Far Enough Farm on Centre Island -- and any additional funds required to keep High Park Zoo operational -- if he has control of the naming rights.

"In principle, I would be interested in having one of my brands sponsor three local, well-known zoos and have them re-named to represent those brands," Biderman said.
"I'd do it if the economics and terms made sense and if it didn't come with so much rigmarole that everyone just got irritated. Maybe this could turn a corner for our brand in this community."
Biderman said he likes the sound of Ashley Madison Farm, but would also be willing to stick Cougar Life in the title, another one of his brands. He said he wouldn't want a long-term relationship with the facilities, but promised to make sure whoever is running the zoo and farm would be fiscally accountable.

This is very nice story-Soldier's newspaper proposal gets a 'yes'

OTTAWA - She said yes! Cpl. Carl Manning proposed to Jessica Bannerman in the April 17 edition of the Ottawa Sun. It was a plan hatched months ago before Manning was deployed to Afghanistan. “I didn’t expect this at all,” said Bannerman, who lives in Constance Bay. “I’m not one for being in the spotlight, but my cheekbones hurt I’ve been smiling so much.”
With the help of a friend, Manning made sure flowers and copies of the newspaper were spread across Bannerman’s desk before she got to work.
“My sister called me first thing this morning and told me I was in the paper,” Bannerman said. “I saw Carl’s picture right on the front page. I was shocked, but of course it’s a yes.”
As soon as Bannerman saw the story, she hopped online and tried contacting Manning.
“It was a panic. I kept on messaging him on Facebook until I finally got a hold of him and we Skyped. I’m so happy, I’m on cloud nine,” she said.
Manning is currently deployed in Afghanistan. The couple has been dating for over a year.
“I miss her terribly and I have known since the day we met that I was going to marry her,” Manning said.

Stupid-Facebook Photo Sinks Man Who Stole Police Gas

APRIL 18--A Kentucky man is facing a misdemeanour rap after he siphoned gasoline from a police car, a theft that came to the attention of cops after the perp posted a Facebook photo memorializing the crime.
As seen in the above photo (click to enlarge), as Michael Baker, 20, was swiping the gas last month from a Jenkins Police Department squad car, he made sure to flip the bird as his girlfriend snapped a picture.

After obtaining a copy of the photo (which began circulating in Jenkins) police arrested Baker Monday evening for theft by unlawful taking, according to an arrest warrant, which alleges that he “stole gas from a Jenkins City Police Cruiser” and then “posted a picture of his theft on facebook. Baker, pictured in the mug shot at right, is scheduled to be arraigned today in Letcher County District Court.

How-Man Uses Physics to Fight $400 Traffic Ticket

Very smart guy.................

UCSD physicist used his knowledge and a little creativity to get himself out of a $400 traffic ticket.
Dmirti Krioukov was issued a traffic ticket for failing to completely stop at a stop sign. Instead of paying the ticket or going to traffic school, the physicist fought the citation by writing a four-page paper explaining how the ticket he was given defies physics.Using his knowledge of angular and linear motion, Krioukov prepared a paper for the judge in his case and was able to argue – and prove – his innocence. The paper explained how what the officer “thought” he saw, he didn’t really see, according to the laws of physics. “Therefore my argument in the court went as follows: that what he saw would be easily confused by the angle of speed of this hypothetical object that failed to stop at the stop sign. And therefore, what he saw did not properly reflect reality, which was completely different," said Krioukov. Before others try the “physics defense” in before a judge, Krioukov warned that it took a perfect combination of events for his argument to legitimately hold up.By the way, when asked if he really did stop at the stop sign, the physicist stuck to his argument.“Of course I did,” he said with a smile.
