Two U.K. men were shocked when the manager of an all-you-can-eat restaurant in Brighton called them "pigs" and banned them for eating too much. George Dalmon and Andy Miles were banned for life from the Mongolian barbecue restaurant Gobi because management felt they were eating the restaurant out of business for the past two years, the Telegraph reports.

Basically they just come in and pig out. We are not a charity, we're a business. It's our restaurant and we can tell people not to come back if we don't want them to," the manager, who didn't want to be named, told the newspaper. The restaurant features all-you-can-eat stir-fry bowls of meat, seafood and vegetables for $19. Dalmon, 26, a former rugby player, said he made frequent trips for more food because the bowls are so small. "We've been eating there for a couple of years, then suddenly the owner came to our table in front of all the customers and went absolutely mental. He said we were a couple of pigs and we were banned for life. I couldn't believe it."

There was nothing fake about this choke hold. Former WWE and TNA star Shawn Daivari used some of his professional wrestling skills last week to subdue a passenger while travelling in a light-rail car in Minneapolis. "It was definitely different than any other ride I've taken on that train," Daivari told Fox Minneapolis-St. Paul. When Daivari boarded the car he noticed a man swearing and hurling racial slurs at other passengers. Several passengers used the emergency call buttons, but there was no immediate help from the Metro Transit Police.

"Another passenger told him to sit down and be quiet because he was making the ride bad for everybody," Daivari said. "That's when he got in the passenger's face, saying, 'I am going to kill you,' and stuff like that." That's when Daivari sprang into action and put a rear-naked choke hold on the man. Daivari maintained the hold until the man fell unconscious and emptied his bladder. "It's one of those things where I'd rather be safe than sorry," he said. "If police are taking too long to respond, I'd rather not sit on my hands and wait for them to show up."

Sad-Man jailed for attacking wife with sandwich

Spurling pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace following an incident at his home in Melbeta, Nebraska, on Sunday.The 50-year-old was arrested after his wife called 911 following an argument in which Spurling pushed her down on a bed before rubbing the sandwich in her face, reports KETV. An officer who arrived at the property told a court on Monday that he found several pieces of meat on the carpet outside a bedroom and bits of bread just metres away.

 The woman said her husband had grown angry with her for 'making him live in the country' before the disturbance. She added that he was bored as 'there is no place for him to walk'.The court heard how Spurling drank three large cans of eight per cent malt liquor Natty Daddy leading up to the incident. His wife said she 'got tired' of an argument before making herself a sandwich and going to a bedroom, while Spruling followed her moments later. He was sentenced to five days in jail. However, it is not clear what was in the sandwich.

Officials at the University of Virginia on Wednesday weren't thrilled with Playboy’s dubious distinction listing the nation’s oldest public university as the No. 1 party school in America. We are demanding a recount,” UVA spokeswoman Marian Anderfuren told NBC News.

“It’s far more important for the university to be known for our academic achievements in teaching and research,” said Carol Wood, another UVA spokeswoman, in a statement to NBC News.  Playboy ranked the Charlottesville, Va., university -- founded by Thomas Jefferson in 1819 -- as the top party school, beating 100 other colleges nationwide, according to Playboy’s 2012 Top Party Schools list. The rankings are featured in the October college issue.

Raise a glass to UVA, whose students know a thing or two about raising glasses and everything important to this list," said Playboy on its website. “The Cavaliers placed an uninspiring 16th in sports but more than made up for it in nightlife and sex, finishing number three and number two, respectively. According to our math, two plus three equals one.”

The rankings were based on 900 data points across three categories: sex, sports and nightlife, according to Playboy officials.

How-US farmer is eaten by his PIGS

A farmer has been eaten by his PIGS. Terry Garner, 70, never returned after he set out to feed his animals on his farm in Oregon. A family member later found his dentures and pieces of his body in the pig enclosure, but most of his remains had been consumed.The district attorney's office said it was possible Mr Garner had a medical emergency, such as a heart attack, or was knocked over by the animals before he was killed. But criminal activity has not been ruled out. 

 Coos County District Attorney Paul Frasier told The Register-Guard newspaper: "For all we know, it was a horrific accident, but it's so doggone weird that we have to look at all possibilities. “A pathologist was unable to identify a cause of death, according to the paper.Terry Garner was "a good-hearted guy" who cared for several huge adult sows and a boar named Teddy, said his brother, Michael Garner, 75."Those animals were his life," Mr Garner said. "He had all kinds of birds, and turkeys that ran all over the place. Everybody knew him."Domestic pigs are not typically known to be as aggressive as their feral cousins, but "there is some degree of danger associated with any animal," John Killefer, who heads the Animal and Rangeland Sciences Department at Oregon State University said.
