Really-Man alleges stripper ruptured his bladder
A Philadelphia man has filed a lawsuit that alleges his bladder ruptured when a stripper crashed down on him from a pole at his bachelor party. The Philadelphia News reports Patrick Gallagher was celebrating his upcoming nuptials at the Penthouse Club in November 2010 when dancers told him to lie down on the stage. One stripper went up the pole and "from a great height, she launched herself down onto his abdomen," his lawyer, Neil Murray, told the newspaper. The lawyer said Gallagher was in so much pain, he and his friends went to the hospital where doctors later performed surgery on his bladder.
Murray said Gallagher suffered nerve damage in his back and hip, and is suing the Port Richmond club for negligence in the amount of at least $50,000 for medical costs, pain, humiliation and mental anguish. The lawsuit was filed last week. None of the allegations have been proven in court. Club officials couldn't be reached for comment.
Unlucky-Drunk man passes out, gets burned in fire, hit by train
A B.C. man had what can only be called a very bad day on Wednesday. Police in Kamloops say the 51-year-old man hit by a train is the same person suspected of having started a grass fire a short time earlier and is also a person of interest in an assault case. The sequence of events, which police called "bizarre," began when firefighters responded to a fire at a mobile home park around 3 p.m. A witness reported seeing a man flee on a bicycle soon after the fire started. While cops were en route, a call came in from CP Rail reporting a freight train had hit a pedestrian. Police found a drunk man with serious burns to his body and a deep gash to the head where he had been struck by the train, and they soon linked the two cases, Staff Sgt. Grant Learned said in a news release.
According to police, the man passed out while smoking behind his home and woke up to find his clothes and the surrounding grass on fire. He grabbed a bike and took off. The man, who has not been named, is recovering in hospital. But there might be even more trouble coming his way -- police believe the bike may be stolen, and that the man may have been involved in an assault on a transit bus driver on Sept. 27. No charges have been laid in connection with any of the cases. Police also said they believe the cause of the fire was accidental.
Nice-How 7-Eleven will predict the US election

7-Election: Blue = vote for Obama, Red = Romney
Correctly predicted every US election since 2000
On current polling, Obama's ahead. It's science.
IT'S simple. You buy coffee; you choose a blue cup or a red cup. 7-Eleven tallies the results, and correctly predicts the US election. It's called 7-Election and it's worked since 2000. Done!Let's back up a little. The blue cup is for Democrats and the red cup for Republicans. In 2000 and 2004 more red cups were chosen by coffee drinkers and George W Bush won those elections.

In 2008, the groundswell of public opinion swayed towards blue-tinged java and Barack Obama won the election. With this accurate prognosticating, it stands to reason that 7-Election is held up as the benchmark for electoral predictions. So who's going to win in November? The current stocktake across the states participating in 7-Election has Obama getting up 60-40.

Interesting-Buy booze poured over boobs
A German liquor manufacturer has released a special edition line of rum, vodka and whisky, which it guarantees to have been poured over a sexy model's bare breasts before it's bottled. Not convinced? G Spirits said every bottle comes with the model's signature on a certificate of authenticity and a photo of the bombshell. "To create the perfect taste we let every single drop of our spirits run over the breasts of a special type of woman," the G Spirits website says. The creators said the unique idea was influenced by another vodka that's filtered through diamonds.
"After storing it in (a) bourbon cask for 10 years and 1 year in barrels of French oak, it was poured over Amina's breasts, which lends it a unique erotic character," the website says of its whisky-making process. The booze-maker said it adheres to health and safety regulations, and medical personnel are present. Images of half-naked models pouring booze on their breasts are pictured on its website, including model Alexa Varga, Hungary's 2012 Playmate of the Year.. Bottles of G-Spirits sell on its website for around $160.
Wow-Strippers banned from taking clothes off
Players Showgirls, in Surfers Paradise, was stripped of its adult entertainment permit by the Office of Liquor and Gaming after it went into receivership in April with debts of nearly $1 million. As a result, its dancing girls are no longer allowed to strip completely.Several customers have contacted the Bulletin to complain they had not got what they paid for after splashing out $50-$60 for five free drinks and a private lap dance expecting the stripper to take all her clothes off. "They get you in on the drinks card and lap dance but you're not getting what you paid for. It was bit of a rort," a customer said. "One of the girls even apologised to us. She said they weren't allowed to strip because of the licencing issues".
A liquor licensing spokeswoman confirmed the ban on stripping at Players, but said moves were under way to reinstate its full strip club status."Players at Surfers Paradise does not currently hold a permit to conduct adult entertainment, but is licensed to supply liquor," she said."OLGR has provided assistance to representatives of the licensee of Players to assist them in ensuring that entertainment conducted at the premises is not of a nature that requires an adult entertainment permit. "An application for an adult entertainment permit is currently under consideration by OLGR."
The situation has also led to suggestions of false advertising for strip club patrons, with a spokesman from the Office of Fair Trading encouraging those who felt slighted by the restrictions to make a formal complaint."Under the Australian Consumer Law, it is illegal for a business to make false or misleading representations about goods or services they supply," he said. Players Showgirls went into voluntary administration in April with a tax bill of nearly $1m, $500,000 deeper in debt than its owners realised. The Australian Taxation Office had earlier sought to wind up the business.
